- Early this morning my blood glucose reading was 157; a bit high because late last night I snacked on a honey-coated granola bar. In the afternoon my BG was 105
- Some of the yoga exercises that I do regularly
- I walked 5 km this morning but I have not been feeling too well today - kind of fluish. So, I decided to rest from my exercises today
- For breakfast I ate a small half-boiled egg and a paratha which is a flat Indian bread; I had it with lentils
- For lunch I had a salad and some sorghum
- In the evening I ate a naan with lentils and a mug of milk
