- I am still trying to shake away a flu
- My BG late thi morning was 123 (6.8)
- I walked 5 km today
- For breakfast I ate oatmeal with teff and chia seeds
- For lunch I ate some tofu and some salad
- In the evening I cooked spicy chicken thighs and ate it with basmati rice and enjoyed a nice salad of tomato, spinach, red onion, and celery
- One yoga pose I do regularly
