  • BG at 8 a.m. was 7.5 (US=136)
  • BG at 3.50 p.m. was 7.8 (US=141)

DIET
  • Oatmeal with seven grains, peanut butter, almonds, walnuts, 2% milk, and a cup of coffee
  • Huevos rancheros
  • Half grapefruit and a couple of strawberries
  • Omelette with lots of baby spinach, tomato, and mushroom
  • Half a cup of cooked basmati rice with sliced tomato, mushrooms, and spicy pork ribs
  • Dessert of an orange

MEDICATION/SUPPLEMENTS
  •  Metformin at 7 a.m.
  • Metformin at 7 p.m.

 EXERCISE
  • This weekend the UMaine rec center is closed Saturday, May 28 through Monday, May 30. For exercise I walked three miles at the Bangor Mall
  • Climbed stairs steps at home 600 times this morning
  • Did some yoga exercises for about half an hour
