- Today is Sunday and so I took my time to get out of bed. Then I went down and made myself a cup of coffee and ate a piece of the banana cake I made last night. I forgot to take my BG reading early this morning but around 2 p.m. I took my BG and it was 89 (4.)
- Today I walked a total of 11 KM (7 miles)
- For lunch I ate chicken and some salad
- I did my other regular exercises - walking up and down the staircase a total of 360 times
- I also did some diaphragmatic breathing
