  • This morning my BG reading was 157 (8.7) probably because last night I had fried rice with roast chicken, cabbage, and snow peas but at midday it was 77 (4.3)
  • I walked a total of 6 miles (10 KM) today and I also used some of the exercise equipment in the gym
  • My food audit for today:
  1. Oatmeal with whey, wheat germ, and milk
  2. Coffee
  3. Corn
  4. Naan with lentils
  5. Salad
  6. Watermelon smoothie
  • My salad today had spinach, mushrooms with fried egg, corn, carrot, avocado, and mango with yogurt dressing
    I am slowly adding some exercises using the different equipment in the UMaine Rec Center. I feel much better these days. By the way, I am getting about eight to ten hours of sleep daily.
