  • My early morning BG reading was 139 (7.7)
  • This morning I decided to have a substantial breakfast for a change. I had half a boiled sweetcorn with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomato, onion, avocado and a pork chop washed down with a nice cup of coffee. No apologies for this lavish early morning meal
  • I walked only 5 KM (3 miles) in the gym as I had to take my wife for grocery
  •  My food audit for today
    1. Pork chop, eggs, mushrooms, tomato, red onion, bean sprout, and avocado
    2. Veggie smoothie of spinach and watermelon
    3. Basmati rice and Sri Lankan fritters
