DIET
- Oatmeal with cooked sorghum, millet, almonds, walnuts, and 2% milk

- 1 small half-boiled egg
- Half whole wheat pita
- Veggie/fruit platter of omelette cooked in grape seed oil with arugula, 2 eggs, button mushroom, tomato slices, and watermelon wedges
- Watermelon smoothie
- Fried rice with lots of arugula, lots of diced carrots, spicy chicken floss, and some stir fried eggs
- Unsalted pumpkin seeds
- Nightcap of a cup of warm 2% milk
EXERCISE
- 30 minutes of yoga
- 30 minutes of stretching exercises
- Walked 5 KM (6miles)
- Climbed steps at home 600 times
