  • This morning my BG reading was 128 (7.1) and in the afternoon it was 83 (4.6)
  • I walked a total of 10 KM (6 miles) and I also used some of the exercise machines
  • My food audit for today
  1. Oatmeal with peanuts, a half-boiled egg, and a cup of coffee
  2. Mung bean noodles with chicken, cabbage, and spinach
  3. Watermelon juice
  4. Lentils with sorghum and a fresh salad of spinach, tomato, red grapes, and plain low-fat yogurt
