  • Early morning BG reading was 132 (7.3) but my afternoon BG reading was 65 (3.6)
  • Today I walked only 5 KM (3 miles) but I am satisfied
  • At the gym I also did some exercises on the seated leg press machine, the rowing machine, and the leg calf exercise machine
  • My food audit for today:
  1. Oatmeal with raspberry
  2. Sorghum
  3. Naan with chicken curry and lentils
