- Early morning BG reading was 132 (7.3) but my afternoon BG reading was 65 (3.6)
- Today I walked only 5 KM (3 miles) but I am satisfied
- At the gym I also did some exercises on the seated leg press machine, the rowing machine, and the leg calf exercise machine
- My food audit for today:
- Oatmeal with raspberry
- Sorghum
- Naan with chicken curry and lentils
