  • Early morning BG reading was 147 (8.2). However, my second reading at noon was 87 (4.8) and about an hour later the reading was a low 57 (3.2) which was way too low. I quickly ate some fried rice
  • I walked 5 KM (3miles) today and I used the seated leg press machine, the rowing machine, and the calf exercise machine
  • My food audit
  1. Oatmeal with millet, milk, a half-boiled egg and some mango
  2. Cooked seven-grain meal with some lentils and lots of baby kale
  3. Basmati rice with chicken curry and lots of baby kale
